Review: Ninja Polish's magical, mystical, amazical potions

Okay, so, this probably isn't news to most of you, but it took me a while to get my hand on these...Ninja Polish has some really incredible multichrome polishes that they've developed recently, and the nail blogosphere has been all a-buzz about them. I was finally able to get my hands on the two I wanted most, and was eager to see if they lived up to the hype; there have been other multi-chromes that I've heard high praise for, and then when I've seen them I've been underwhelmed. I was particularly worried because these are not cheap, and you know how I feel about that, lol.

The one you've almost surely heard of is Divinity. It's a deep garnet red polish that has a color shift to purple, brown, green, gold, and, well, just about everything--and most often all at once. It's a magical rainbow set in a jewel-toned sky:

Absolutely gorgeous. My #1 lemming which I always wanted to get--if it didn't go for $40 on eBay, and  if it wasn't made by a company which tests on animals--is OPI La Boheme. This polish is what I always dreamed that La Boheme would look like, at its very finest, even though I knew it wasn't so multi-chromy. Now that I have this, I have no need for La Boheme...this is all that and more.

I also too a chance on the less-well-known Mystic Glacier, which promised to have similar qualities, but in a blue-based multichrome. This also exceeded expectations, shifting blue, purple, green, silver, and more:

The polishes are absolutely breath-taking; they are everything they're promised to be. You all know I love a good holo--but multichromes like this will always be my number one love, even if holos are a close, beautiful second.

I should also mention that the formula on these is wonderful. They go on well, dry-time is great, and they didn't chip or have much tip wear in the time I wore them, although admittedly that was only for two days. Even the cheapskate in me has to admit that these polishes are worth the money. Without a doubt. :)
