Sighstar Decal Review

PRESENT ALERT!

Holiday shopping season is around the corner. I mean...literally. Next Friday is Black Friday. Are you ready for that?

Save yourself the woes of waiting in line and buy the nail lover in your life something more manageable. Even a total novice at nail polish would enjoy this!

Tonight's review is of Sighstar nail decals. These great little decals go on just like fake tattoos. The simple directions are:
  1. Peel the plastic backing off of the decals.
  2. Cut out the shape you want.
  3. Dip the tattoo (w/ paper backing still attached) into water for 10-20 seconds.
  4. Press the wet decal on a wet nail and it will come off.
  5. Voila!
The decals I'm reviewing are lovely floral roses aThey're so easy to apply and really ramp up a sole nail polish color. Here I've used it with Blu from Zoya and Tennis Anyone? from NCLA.

So easy, so pretty!

One thing about these decals is that the directions aren't entirely clear (or I'm not following them properly). I place the decal (on the paper backing) in the water, but when I place it on my nail (decal-side-down), it comes off upside down (design down). It's not a huge deal, because you can just peel it off and place it on the nail with tweezers. And like I said, I could very well be doing it wrong.

I definitely recommend these for their adorable designs and easy of use! They're available through the Sighstar website in a huge variety of designs!

These products were sent to me by Sighstar. The reviews are based entirely on my experience with the products and were in no way influenced by anyone.
